- Six (6) junior chefs participating in the In Ya Kitchen Top Junior Chef competition have been recognized for their outstanding culinary skills by the TDC Home and Building Depots.
- The gastronomic rising stars Jahmoy Woodley, Devote Edwards, Mahailah France, Naemah Smith, Kaylieyonna Robin and Nazima Cozier participated in three (3) keenly contested semifinals held recently at the Sweet and Savory Kitchen, in Frigate Bay.
- The young food prodigies who created their unique delicious masterpieces made with a local fruit or vegetable, took home a variety of name brand kitchen and cooking equipment from the retail stores, including slow cookers, skillets, and electronic griddles to assist them in their pursuits.
