BY achieving its ISO 22000 Certification, Carib Brewery St. Kitts-Nevis Ltd. is now being elevated to international safety standards.
Under that Certification, Carib Brewery will be providing food to internationally recognized standards in keeping with the requisite requirements – paving the way for further expansion.
During the handing over ceremony on Friday (Jul. 14), Managing Director Mark Wilkin commended his team and others partners for achieving that success.
Over the last several years, the company attained success and continues to set itself new targets. Underscoring the achievements is that the company is exporting 900,000 cases of beers and is now targeting two million.
Navenia Ford, National Certification Board of Jamaica, charged more food establishments in the Federation to get onboard with the certification, more specifically 9000/1.
