Paul Robert Blanchard, Dominican by birth, is founder and Managing Director of Blue Sky Realtors Ltd. based in Dominica. By managing properties for friends and relatives who reside overseas for over a number of years, Paul acquired great knowledge and a keen interest in that service sector which was almost non-existent on a commercial basis in Dominica.

He is a former employee of the Dominica Social Security (a national insurance corporation) where he held various management positions for 15 years.
